الملخص

The diagnoses result by the next generation sequences technique showed that the CVYV virus existence for the first time in Iraq by examining the samples which got from farms in Salah Al-Din/ Tikrit area. The results of using induction agents by commercial algae, treating laboratory-grown algae, and treating moringa extract and neem oil showed a clear effect in improving the vegetative growth of cucumber plants and ten cultivars infected with the CVYV virus. The M. oleifera treatment of the Faiz variety achieved the highest increase in plant height, reaching 95 cm, compared to the control treatment of the same treatment, variety, and treatment date, which amounted to 40 cm Were the best results for the amount of chlorophyll recorded in the Moringa oleifera treatment for the two varieties, Fareed and Faiz, at the time of treatment before the infection, as it reached 61.3 and 55.3 SPAD, respectively, compared to the control treatment, 37 SPAD. While the highest average leaf area was recorded in the treatment of Moringa M. oleifera for the Fareed variety and the time of adding the treatment before infection, it amounted to 78.7 cm2, with a non-significant difference with the n treatments of Moringa M. oleifera and the growing algae Spirulina platensis for the Fayez variety, which amounted to 76.7 cm2 and 75.7 cm2, respectively, compared to the control treatment infected with the virus. For the Jad variety, it was 33 cm2. In addition, for improving productivity standards, the highest dry weight values were recorded in the treatment of moringa M. oleifera for the Faiz variety, amounting to 225 gm/plant, with a non-significant superiority to the treatment of grown algae S. platensis, which recorded 207 gm/plant. As for the yield, the treatment of moringa M gave oleifera, the Farid variety had the highest weight, reaching 2600 grams, significantly superior to the rest of the treatments, varieties, and treatment dates. It was shown that the timing of the treatment before infection with the virus was more effective in increasing the standards than the treatment after infection, in all the characteristics studied.
