الملخص

This paper presented a simple and accurate modeling method of photovoltaic panel using MATLAB software. Studying the effect of ambient temperature and operating temperature on our previous model for an efficient amorphous silicon solar cell structure with an assistant layers consist of (SiO2/TiO2/Ag). A decrease in the current appeared with increasing temperature for a voltage range until reaching 14 Volte, after V=14 Volt the curves behavior will be reflected, and an increase in current will be shown with increasing voltage. While the power increase with increasing the operating temperature. The maximum voltage increase, while the cut off voltage decrease with increasing operating temperature (Top).
